Participants warned that any escalation between two nuclear-armed states poses a threat to global peace.
Speakers called on the United Nations and the international community to immediately investigate the Pahalgam attack to establish accountability and prevent misinformation that could lead to broader conflict. ???? Rise of Hindutva Extremism and Global Ideological Threats The conference highlighted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has become a beacon of Hindutva extremism, led by the BJP and RSS, which promote the ideology of an “Akhand Bharat” — a greater India dream that undermines pluralism across South Asia. This ideology has spread through its Western wing, the Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS), active in: The UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe As revealed in Channel 4 investigations, these networks: Indoctrinate youth under the guise of yoga Engage in political entryism Promote hatred through media and Bollywood India was further accused of state-sponsored terrorism, including assassination plots against Sikh and Kashmiri activists in Western countries. Uranium Smuggling and “Water Terrorism”
With over 30 uranium smuggling incidents reported in the last two decades from India, speakers warned of global nuclear security risks. India’s threats to stop water flows to Pakistan — violating rights over rivers originating in Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJK) — were described as “water terrorism.”

India’s internal fragmentation was also noted, with 19+ separatist movements, including in: Kashmir Punjab, Manipur & Nagaland South India
Crimes Against Women and Legal Impunity

Participants condemned India’s use of rape as a weapon of war in Kashmir. The AFSPA law, caste-based impunity, and political shielding by BJP-RSS networks were blamed for widespread abuse. A recent US travel advisory warning women against solo travel to India further confirmed these concerns.

Even Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has called Delhi “the rape capital of the world.” If Indian women are unsafe in their capital, speakers asked, “what of Kashmiri women under occupation?”
